1: Stand Tall
Begin by standing tall, feet straight, knees lifted, chest up, tuck in your tummy and arch your back forward. Then relax and sink into the pose. Three Breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, breath out is a chance to sink further into the pose and relax your shoulders.
2: Arms Up
Swing your arms up above your head and look towards your hands, interlock your thumbs and bring your gaze down. Breathing in lean over to one side and breath out to sink into the pose, maybe your hands are to 11 o'clock or 1 o'clock whichever way you went. Breath 2 more times and repeat on the other side
Sit back on your chair, place your feet flat on the floor and cross your arms onto your desk. Lay your forehead head onto your arms and try to focus your mind on breathing for up to 5 minutes. Allowing yourself to unwind means you can continue your workday with a newfound energy.
