Introduction to Yoga Course dates available

We are please to announce that our Introduction to Yoga course dates are 16th January 2020 and 30th January 2021

The course itself is 3 hours long and specifically designed to introduce you to yoga in a simple and inclusive way. We will start with a gentle yoga flow introducing the relationship between breathing and movement, the flow will give you a first chance to try some of the more recognisable yoga positions. After a short break we will discus more about yoga history and theory to give you a view of what yoga is and as importantly what yoga is not. We will then move on to exploring in more detail some of the Yoga positions we first experienced in the initial flow, to give you more confidence. Finally we will experience restorative yoga and the positive effect this can have on your body and mind and we will end the course with a meditation.

Your Free Yoga was set up in March 2020 to give everyone a Free way to practice yoga and become stronger, healthier and more confident during these stressful times.
